At SCIOA we believe that strong local organizations have a greater impact in their target communities. Therefore, we implement the ITOCA tool so that local indigenous organizations in 5 countries of the Amazon identify their organizational weaknesses and strengths and create Institutional strengthening plans according to their priorities.
